3. SMS/MMS Text Messaging Terms (Program: “Aibly Alerts”)

When you provide your mobile number and opt in (via web form, chatbot, or phone interaction), you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Aibly Automation LLC related to appointments, service updates, and (with consent) marketing.

• Opt-out: Reply STOP to end texts at any time.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Voice Calls & Recording Notice

Some calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and automation. By continuing a call with us after notification, you consent to recording and transcription where permitted by law.
